How we add value to our clients
Assortance offers a subscription based service for assisting Hospital IT departments with the support and maintenance of Cerner Millennium solutions.  We have a flexible menu of options for our clients where they can get as little as 20 hours of assistance a month in a variety of applications.  

Common tasks that we can assist with
  • •    Develop staff training program
  • •    Change physician schedules within the scheduling application
  • •    Upload inventory items and associate to item location and class
  • •    Create new user accounts
  • •    Assist users in setting up user preferences
There are several ways we are different than the typical “consulting” company.  One of our philosophies is that if we take good care of our clients and associates then we will be a successful company.  After all, if we treat our associates well and do things to keep them happy then they will provide great service to our clients.   Instead of putting the primary focus on increasing revenue and decreasing expenses, we focus on having strong relationships with our clients and associates. 

In addition to our core business of assisting with the support of Cerner solutions, we also have a separate group that offers traditional consulting.
